Returns + Exchanges
Cozette's Boutique accepts exchanges for purchases impacted by our error. Valid reasons for exchange:
- Incorrect size, color, or product shipped.
- Item arrived damaged or unlike its description.
Any purchase eligible for exchange must be brought to our attention with seven calendar days of purchase. We will provide a shipping label that you may print and affix to the original shipping box and return to Cozette's Boutique by mail. Upon receiving your item, we will immediately ship the replacement item at no cost to you.
Cozette's Boutique does not accept returns at this time.
